How much do you Lean?

I was taught when leaning the fuel in the Comanche 250 to lean to 1250 on the egt and CHT below 400. Just wondering what numbers everyone else uses.

On my -180 below 75% power I lean to rough then en-richen to smooth. I find a bit of carb heat helps to smooth things out. On my JPI 930 that equates to about 20 degrees LOP on the leanest cylinder...
