True Airspeed vs. Piper POM and Killough POM vs. Power Setting.


I have a PA39 CR Turbo and I have for this airplane the original POM from Piper and the Killough POM.
In the Piper POM we find Turbo Cruise, Intermediate Cruise, Economic Cruise and Long Range Cruise.
In the Killough POM we have 45-, 55-, 65- 75- and 100 -Percent power in FIGURE 5-12 True airspeed and n Page 5-21 FIURE 5-15 POWER SETTING TABLE 55-, 65-; and 75-Percent Power


When I take Killough POM Figure 5-12 Page 5-16 Density Altitude 16 000 ft.
75% ~180 kt, 65% ~165 kt, 55% ~150 kt an 45% ~130 kt.

When I take Piper POM Page 15 Density Altitude 16 000 ft.
Turbo Cruise ~198 kt, Intermediate Cruise ~187 kt, Economic Cruise ~172 kt and Long Range ~163 kt.

How many Power is now Turbo Cruise, Intermediate, Cruise Economic Cruise, and Long Range Cruise in Percent?
