P.E.T.-1 cork clutch pad

Does anyone know where to buy the replacement cork capstan clutch pad for the Piper Electric Trim servo used on many of our aircraft (mine is on a 1969 PA-30 with Altimatic IIIB)?

Just got a call-back from Muncie-They have it in stock part #690-608, $62.25.
