Motors for electric fuel pumps (twin comanche)

Hi all,

Just curious if there is a supplier for the motors for the electric fuel pumps? Sent out the fuel pump to Aircraft Innovations for overhaul and they are marrying it to the old motor but was curious what do you do when the motor fails? They have the motors for their STC'd pump which I don't have and Webco only sells the motor/pump as a unit. Does Weldon or anyone else sell just the motors? We have one of the old motors...8800 series I think...feels like a chunk of iron and one of the drop in replacements that is lighter/smaller diameter but still pretty old as I understand it.

There are new STC'd ones that require some metal surgery to install. saw Kristin Winters in photos - nice stuff.
