Baggage Tie down system

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering what systems of baggage restraining are available for later model PA-30's. I have a 1966 B model without the 3rd row seating installed making the seat belt attachment points, just in front of the rear bulkhead, available for cargo webbing. I need some attachment points behind the rearmost seats (middle row) and thought about trying to find some tie down rings to slide onto the aft part of the seat rails.

Please let me know if there is a common method of securing luggage or cargo and where to purchase attachment fittings, cargo webbing etc.
