Hi Kent,
On my 260B the stops are at both ends of the front seat tracks and just at the back of the rear seat rails. They are a light aluminum cap that goes over the end of the rail and are held in place by a single screw into the rail. I have also seen stops that were handmade out of aluminum consisting of a "U" shaped cap again scred to the end of the rail. In either case the idea is to keep the seat from sliding off the rail should the adjusting stops fail. In a Comanche this is not nearly as big a deal as in some of the Cessnas.
