Stupid cone prop strike

Today I went for a flight and the line kid want t o be a good boy so he stand on front of the plane and do all the circus, as I give some powe to the engine and start my turn off the ramp I see a cone flying away,f...l yes I hit a cone with my prop, now my question Is If can move the ful pitch off the prop by hand no oil leacks or strike marks on prop, bust governor, oil rings what can be the problem,I hit the cone at about 1200 rpms rpms dont even drop just a tump and a flying cone any ideas on what I'm looking to?

Here s the service bulletin regarding prop strikes. If the rpm didn't change and there is no damage to the prop, you should be ok. The cone, if not to big and soft rubber, I would think at 1200 rpm, there would not be very much stress put on the prop throwing the cone out of the way.

I don't see any damage to the prop, but I can move the full pitch by hand, and that's not normal, I think something got busted,

Do you mean you can move the prop blades from fine to course pitch by twisting the blade by hand?
If so do both blades move together? Sounds like you might have a broken pitch change mechanism in the prop hub.
I would take the prop off and have a prop shop go over the prop to get a full report of the damage.
If the prop is damaged, you unfortunately will need to do an engine teardown to confirm there is no damage to the engine internals which includes a new crankshaft bolt as per lycoming. Don't know how close you are to an overhaul, it might be the time to do it if you are close. If you have insurance talk to them first.

Do you have hull insurance? If so, call you insurance carrier. This will be too expensive to take the hit if you don't have to. Next question, was the lineman out there guiding you as you started up?

If you broke a pitch change rod in the prop, there is potentially quite a lot of damage to the prop and perhaps the engine. You should not be able to change the pitch of he blades by hand. The engine and prop needs to come apart if that is the case.

Line man walked away before I start moving, I do have insurance doing it the right way, prop is all ready at prop shop, waiting on my insurance adjuster to call me back.

I think that by definition you have had a prop strike. See AD 2004-10-14, it says that damage to the prop requiring repair other than minor dressing of blades is a prop strike. While not a sudden stop, your engine will require inspection per the AD and Lycoming s/b 475C.
