Stabilator Mod for Increased VNE

At one time in the 70s Piper had a modification kit for the Stabilator so that the VNE could be increased back to the original 227 MPH CAS. The kit number was 760-747. Piper no longer makes it. (Or at least that is what I was told by a Piper parts distributor) Anyone know who makes/sells this now I called Lopresti and they don't have anything along this line.

(P.S. - I already have the counter weight mod on the rudder that limits my VNE to 203 mph CAS).
