Comanche Mechanic in Champaign Illinois area.

OK, with the help of the fine folks on this board I found a mechanic for my prebuy. Now, I need to find one in the Champaign Illinois area to get established with. The new (to me) 180 will be based at K96 (Tuscola) providing they have hanger space!

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I understand that someone here has a 250 or 260, but I have not been able to find out who that is so I can ask.

Congratulations on your Comanche!

The best that I've heard about in Illinois is Heritage in Rockford - a bit of a flight but excellent references. Others will likely post on Cliff and his shop.

Cliff and his crew service many Comanches within a radius of 300 miles from RFD.. Ferrying can usually be accommodated... at least ask...
