The current version of Foreflight incorporates a document reader. They provide a catalog of common FAA pubs (A/FD, AIM, etc) for download, plus you can download your own docs. I bought the "Tips Special" a while ago, but I now have the PDF version downloaded and on the iPad in Foreflight along with the maintenance manual, AIM and A/FD. Handy tool.
