I tried to start my twin Comanche and the right electric fuel pump would not pump. So the question is, Is there any way to start a twin Comanche when the electric fuel pump will not work on one side?

Not unless the starter will spin the engine over fast enough to let the engine driven pump provide enough fuel to get it going. Of course, if you fly without the electric pump working, you run the risk of the engine driven pump failing along with the engine.
